"Adopting Clay changed how we handle contact data, signal monitoring, and account-based marketing. Marketing Copilot already understood the Microsoft channel: which accounts matter, what counts as a buying signal, and where partners fit into a deal. They built that knowledge into our Clay workflows from the start. New leads land in HubSpot with a reason to reach out attached, so nobody on our team has to open Clay."

Kelly Mazur
Marketing Director

"Marketing Copilot works like part of our team. They already knew the Microsoft partner channel, so we skipped the learning curve and went straight to the work, from defining our buyer personas to writing our copy. Together we built the marketing foundation Evenica runs on. More buyers know who we are, we have new capabilities, and our sales cycle is shorter."

Month 2
A CRM your team can trust
We clean your CRM and map the fields your reporting depends on. Triage contacts who left their jobs, duplicate records, and missing data. New leads route to the right rep automatically and records update themselves.
Deliverable
Month 3
A system for qualified leads
We work with you to determine what a buying signal looks like in your market. When a signal fires, we research the company/contacts and gather all the context. Your team gets a live queue of leads that refreshes itself.

$25,000
Pricing comes down to complexity, and complexity comes down to segments. A company selling one product to one kind of buyer is a different build than one running four segments across ISVs, resellers, and end customers, each needing its own list, scoring model, and signals. We'll scope it off your intake and quote a fixed monthly fee before we start.
How it works
Getting started
Send us your ideal customer profile (ICP) in writing, your five best customers and what they have in common, who you don't sell to, and any signals you already watch. We review it, confirm we can build from what you've given us, and tell you before week one if there are gaps.

FAQ
Clay is a data platform that finds companies and contacts, enriches them from multiple sources, and pushes the results into your CRM. Instead of buying a static database, you build live lists that update themselves and trigger actions when something changes at an account.
Most teams consolidate their contact database, email verification, enrichment, and job-change monitoring into Clay — commonly ZoomInfo or Apollo, a separate verification tool, and whatever they were using for alerts. Sales Navigator usually stays, since reps live in it.
We price by complexity, which comes down to how many segments you need built and monitored. One product sold to one kind of buyer is a smaller build than four segments across ISVs, resellers, and end customers, each with its own list, scoring model, and signals. You get a fixed monthly fee quoted off your intake before we start.
Yes. The workspace is yours, on your plan, and you keep it if we stop working together. Clay credits are billed by Clay directly, separate from our fee, so you always know what you're paying us for. We'll estimate your monthly credit usage during scoping.
No! While we have a specific expertise in the Microsoft space, we serve technology companies within and outside of the Microsoft space. We also offer monthly consulting services for any business seeking to grow.
Ninety days to build. Month one is your market, month two is your CRM, month three is signal monitoring and routing. After that it's an operating program — refreshing data, expanding segments, and reporting on what your team did with what came through.
A written ideal customer profile, your five best customers and what they have in common, who you don't sell to, CRM access, and one named person on the sales side who owns acting on what the system produces. If your ideal customer profile isn't settled, we recommend starting with the workshop instead.
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dynamics primarily. Clay writes to all 3 natively. If you're on something else, it can connect over API, though that adds scoping time.
Yes, and it's most of what we do. ISVs, Dynamics 365 partners, CSPs, MSPs, and SIs all have the same problem: the buying group spans the partner and the end customer, and the partner channel churns constantly. Clay handles both, mapping buying groups across accounts and catching job changes as people move between VARs.
Most clients continue on a monthly program: data refresh, new accounts enriched as they appear, scoring recalculated, and reporting on signals fired and acted on. Some expand into new segments or outbound execution. If you'd rather run it yourself, you keep everything we built.
Clay waterfalls across multiple providers rather than relying on one, so match rates are higher than any single database. We report match rates by provider so you can see what you're getting. Emails are verified before they reach your CRM, and catch-all domains are flagged as unverifiable rather than passed off as valid.
